SUP Fitness Class
Bored with your workout?
This uniquely challenging and exciting SUP Fitness class combines proper paddling techniques, tai chi, qi gong, yoga and power moves that provide you with a whole body workout. You will strengthen and tone your body, relax and calm your mind, and open your heart while finding balance in a beautiful floating environment. Exercises are customized to your personal fitness level.
Weekly 1 Hour Classes Offered Early Summer through Fall. Check our calendar for class dates.
Open to ages 16 and up.
$25 per person with your own board.
$35 per person with our board.
Form your own fitness group of 5 and you can SUP with us for free! Great for yoga groups, exercise clubs, weight watchers, girls’ get together, and more.
Prerequisite: Must be able to swim and have basic paddleboarding experience or participated in one of our paddleboarding lessons.
