International Surf Day, Brick Beach III
Saturday, June 23, 2018
International Surfing Day, held annually on or near the date of the summer solstice is an unofficial environmentally conscious, sports-centered holiday that celebrates the sport of surfing, the surfing lifestyle, and the sustainability of ocean resources. Beach goers and surf enthusiasts (beginner to advanced) will come together to enjoy a beach cleanup, free mini surf clinic, paddle out, group surf session, and more. Together, we’ll celebrate the 14th anniversary of this annual surfers’ holiday by raising awareness and sharing education about the issues that affect our oceans while showing appreciation for our coastal environments.
